Cavan set to host 62nd BIPA plenary

Added 31-May-2021

CAVAN SET TO HOST 62ND BIPA PLENARY

31 MAY 2022

The next plenary of the British-Irish Parliamentary Assembly will be held on 24-25 October in Cavan, Ireland.

It will be the second plenary this year following the session in Westminster in February and will mark a return to the two-meets-a-year format BIPA had followed until the start of the coronavirus pandemic.

Politicians from all of the UK and Irish legislatures, as well as from the Crown Dependencies; Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man, will gather to discuss issues of mutual interest and concern to the nations represented.

More information on the plenary session will be published in the week ahead of the event.
